SUNOMONO [Level ★]

If you have [SUNOMONO], the menu of Japanese food becomes more luxurious

There are many Japanese side dishes. If you added side dish on the menu, will be perfect Japanese cuisine. Kantan-su is the easiest way to make [professional vinegar base] side dish.

Ingredients   (4People)

  • Cucumber       1/3本
  • Salted Seaweed   1.4oz.
  • Octopus        3.5oz.
  • Ginger        some
  • Mistukan KANTAN-SU    1/4cup

Instructions

① Rehydrate the fresh wakame 30 sec. and chop into bite-size pieces.
② Slice the cucumbers as thin as possible and ass the 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
③ Slice the octopus.
④ Mix the ingredients together with Mitsukan Kantan-su.
⑤ Add the sliced ginger on top

・The recipe uses Maruya boiled raw wakame seaweed
(The time to put in water varies depending on the wakame used)

Originally, vinegar dish use vinegar, salt and sugar were used to make, but if you use Kantan-su, everything in one bottle. If it’s not sweet enough, you can adjust the sugar!
