It’s super easy to make authentic Japanese [MISO SOUP] at home!
Homemade [MISO SOUP] is not only delicious, it also brings many great health benefits.
A staple of Japanese cuisine. We will introduce you to miso soup using ABURAAGE.
Unseasoned ABURAAGE is a common miso soup ingredient.
Ingredients （4 servings）
- 1oz Salted seaweed
- 1 piece ABURA AGE
- Some green onion
- 3 cup Water
- 2 1/2tablespoon Miso
- 1teaspoon Hondashi
① Soak raw Wakame in water for 30 seconds, drain and chop into chunks.
② Remove the oil from the fried tofu and cut in half, then chop into small pieces. Cut green onion into small pieces.
③ Bring water to a boil, add fried tofu and bring to a boil.
Gently press down on the eggplants to fan the slices out.
④ Boil 3 cup of water and pour Hondashi soup stock into a pot. Put Aburaage into the soup.Put Wakame into the soup. Slowly add Miso to dissolve miso completely.
⑤ Serve in a bowl and sprinkle green onions.
