Ingredients     (4 Servings)

  • 4 pieces        KIRI MOCHI
  • 3 tablespoon         Butter
  • 3 tablespoon         Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon         Sugar
  • Some                    BLACK SESAME


①  Mix soy sauce and sugar.
②     Melt butter in a frying pan over low heat. Put the Mochi in the melted butter.
③  Turn over when browned. Grill both sides until golden brown.
④  Wipe off excess butter with kitchen paper. Add soy sauce and sugar. Simmer for 30 seconds. Sprinkle black sesame seeds on the top.
